Position: Program Manager Operations

Monogram Health is seeking a highly skilled and data-savvy Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will play a key role in analyzing operational performance, identifying areas of improvement, and launch new processes and enhancements to optimize clinical program performance. This role will focus on supporting strategic clinical growth areas within our comprehensive polychronic care model. This role combines operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent adoption and performance across strategic clinical programs. The ideal candidate will have worked recently in a healthcare startup with experience in operations/program management or professional services environment (consulting, investment banking, investment management, etc.).

 Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with program leaders to analyze current processes and develop and implement new workflows and initiatives in an effort to streamline operations.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools to monitor operational performance and clinical KPIs
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement, adjust workflows, and proactively identify potential issues
  • Serve as a go-to resource for specialty clinicians for operational issues, workflows, and productivity questions.
  • Provide project management support for larger initiatives, including creating project plans and tracking milestones, timelines, progress, and action items to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Create and maintain program playbooks, toolkits, best practices, job aids, and business documentation to support scaling and operational consistency.
  • Own and manage recurring process audits, ensuring adherence to protocols, timely completion, and accurate submission of results; analyze findings to inform continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and track progress for in-house clinician education programs, including specialty program onboarding, to include schedule coordination, checklist management, and act as a concierge throughout the onboarding process.
  • Develop program performance reporting and present performance metrics in regular meetings with organizational leaders to align programmatic expectations and outcomes
  • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders to communicate new initiatives, project status, program performance, e, helping to drive transparency and alignment on key projects and performance.
 Position Requirements  
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field.
  • Graduate degree in relevant course of study (e.g., MBA) strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of healthcare strategy, product development, program operations, management consulting, or M&A experience.
  • Experience in startup environments or growth stage companies strongly preferred; in lieu of specific company stage experience, track record of launching new strategic initiatives within larger corporate environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerBI, and Excel
  • Experience mapping workflows in Visio or similar tools
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Project management skills
  • Self-starter and an independent, critical thinker with ability to perform detailed data analysis and recommend actions and processes based on those analyses
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone; track record of successfully delivering recommendations and building rapport at an executive level.
