- Coordinate project activities across teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment with program timelines and deliverables
- Manage RAID log, follow up on open items with stakeholders to ensure proper decisions are made timely and risks are mitigated.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status documentation using project management tools
- Create and manage tracking documents, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and action item tracking
- Create and distribute weekly/biweekly status reports, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support project leads with administrative tasks: document management, scheduling, resource coordination, and shared workspace organization
- Manage project communications to stakeholders at varying levels; escalate blockers and risks proactively
- Track deliverables, acceptance criteria, and milestone completions against project baselines
- Support change management processes and documentation as directed
- Identify and flag risks, dependencies, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies
What You Should Have to Qualify
- 5-7 years of program management, program coordination, or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams in parall
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Google Workspace collaboration tools
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ideally, You Would Also Have These
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- PMP is a plus
