Who You Are 

You are a seasoned Program Manager with a strong background leading complex enterprise technology and infrastructure programs. You bring executive presence, strategic thinking, financial and governance acumen, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared outcomes. You anticipate risks, create visibility, and lead through influence while balancing customer objectives with operational and business priorities. 

About The Role 

The Program Manager leads complex, strategic programs made up of multiple related projects that deliver measurable business value for Myriad360 and our clients. This role owns program health, strategy, governance, prioritization, and outcomes, ensuring projects remain aligned with customer objectives, contractual commitments, operational capacity, financial goals, and Myriad360's delivery standards. Serving as a trusted advisor to executives, clients, sales teams, delivery organizations, and Project Managers, the Program Manager drives consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across the program. 

This position must be based in the United States. Travel  less than 10% may be required. 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Own the overall success of one or more strategic client programs and develop roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives. 
  • Align related projects to program goals, balance competing priorities across workstreams, and drive strategic planning and long-term execution. 
  • Maintain visibility into program health across schedule, scope, budget, risks, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Ensure governance standards are consistently followed and escalate issues before they impact delivery. 
  • Lead executive-level customer meetings and present concise program health dashboards and reporting to internal leadership. 
  • Translate technical delivery into clear business outcomes and decision-ready insights. 
  • Partner with Project Managers, Finance, Account Management, and Delivery Leadership to forecast revenue and resource needs and improve forecast accuracy. 
  • Monitor margins, review change orders, identify financial risks, and maintain overall financial visibility without assuming day-to-day project accounting responsibilities. 
  • Identify program-level delivery risks, resource constraints, vendor risks, customer dependencies, schedule conflicts, scope expansion, and operational bottlenecks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies. 
  • Communicate risks early with clear, actionable mitigation plans. 
  • Mentor Project Managers, facilitate effective decision-making, drive accountability, and remove organizational obstacles. 
  • Build collaboration across departments and influence outcomes through leadership rather than hierarchy. 
  • Build executive customer relationships, understand long-term business goals, anticipate future opportunities, manage expectations, and resolve escalations to increase customer confidence. 
  • Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Portfolio Leadership, Engineering, Field Services, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive alignment across delivery organizations. 

Desired skills and experience:  

  • 8+ years of managing complex technology projects. 
  • 3+ years of managing multi-project programs. 
  • Experience leading enterprise infrastructure deployments. 
  • Strong executive communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. 
  • Proven experience managing competing priorities. 
  • Demonstrated financial acumen. 
  • Strong understanding of project governance. 
  • Experience with portfolio reporting. 
  • Experience with one or more enterprise technology delivery environments such as data centers, structured cabling, network deployments, cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT, AI infrastructure, or Professional Services organizations. 
  • Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Power BI is valuable. 
  • Strategic thinker with the executive presence to communicate confidently with customers, executives, and both technical and senior leadership audiences. 
  • Strong leader who builds alignment, motivates teams, and drives accountability across multiple organizations. 
  • Demonstrates business acumen and sound decision-making by balancing customer success, operational excellence, financial performance, data, experience, and business priorities. 
  • Applies a proactive risk-management mindset by identifying risks early and developing practical mitigation strategies before issues affect delivery. 
  • Builds trusted customer relationships by consistently delivering value and maintaining transparency.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $145,000- $155,000 OTE, (base salary plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
