Role Overview


We are seeking a Program Manager to drive execution across our Aalo-X experimental reactor at INL and the Aalo-1 reactor as part of the Aalo-Pod, our first commercial product. This role will be responsible for managing schedules, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. You will work closely with engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and DOE/NRC stakeholders to keep our ambitious timelines on track.


Key Responsibilities

• Drive project execution for Aalo-X at INL, ensuring DOE authorization milestones are met.

• Lead program coordination for Aalo-1 within the Aalo-Pod, our first commercial deployment.

• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to keep projects moving forward.

• Align cross-functional teams, including engineering, licensing, manufacturing, and external partners.

• Manage stakeholder engagement with DOE, NRC, national labs, and commercial partners.

• Track and report progress, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.

• Ensure regulatory and technical milestones are met for both Aalo-X and Aalo-1 deployment.


Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in nuclear, energy, or advanced technology fields.

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines.

• Experience working with DOE, NRC, or other regulatory bodies is a strong plus.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive urgency across teams.

• PMP or similar certification is a plus.


Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
