GPS Program Manager (Training, Certification & Support Groups)About the Role

GPS Group Peer Support is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to own the execution of GPS program logistics and workflows across training, certification, and support groups.

This role is responsible for ensuring programs actually happen—on time, fully prepared, and without gaps. You will manage timelines, track tasks, coordinate teams, and ensure all operational components are completed.

This is a hands-on project management role, not a passive coordination role.

Core System Ownership

The Program Manager owns the program execution systems, including:

  • Asana project plans (source of truth for all programs)
  • Program timelines, tasks, and dependencies
  • Delivery workflows (step-by-step execution of programs)
  • Session readiness systems (materials, facilitators, logistics coordination)
  • Cross-team coordination (trainers, support staff, moderators)
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage detailed program plans in Asana
  • Ensure all program components are prepared and executed on time
  • Coordinate facilitators, trainers, and internal teams
  • Track progress across programs and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure consistency and organization across all program logistics
  • Identify workflow gaps and improve execution processes
  • Ensure clear communication of timelines, tasks, and expectations
Performance Expectations (What Success Looks Like)
  • All programs are fully prepared and run without last-minute scrambling
  • Asana is accurate, complete, and always up to date
  • No missed steps, gaps, or unclear ownership
  • Team members have clear timelines, instructions, and materials
  • Issues are identified early and resolved proactively
  • Strong follow-through—tasks are completed fully, not partially
  • Communication is consistent, proactive, and clear
What This Role Does NOT Own
  • Program design or structure
  • Program strategy or decision-making
  • SOP creation (follows and helps improve existing systems)
  • LMS, CRM, or data/reporting systems
  • Certification standards or evaluation decisions
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong project manager with experience managing multiple timelines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and independent (does not wait for direction)
  • Fast-moving with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and systems
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in program management, project management, or operations
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong experience with Asana or similar tools
  • Experience coordinating teams and deadlines
  • English fluency required; Spanish preferred
Requirements
  • Completion of GPS Facilitator Training and Certification (or willingness)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-program environment
  • Reliable remote work setup
