Job Summary

Monitoring and improving operational daily functions across clients
Manage the invoicing process to make sure everything is running smoothly
Building processes based on client business goals
Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures
Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will drive cost savings
Drive automation, standardization and training across practice
Standardization of best practices across clients

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP,
IF, etc.)
Ability to complete analysis and effectively communicate results/recommendation
4-6 years MSP/industry experience
Managing 2-5+ team members
Managing high volume/high intensity clients
Leading and driving operational best practices and cost savings
