We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Account Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, balancing relationship management with project execution. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver on agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, etc.) to meet project goals.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively address risks or issues.
  • Manage budgets, prepare status reports, and provide clients with clear project updates.
  • Translate client needs into actionable tasks and ensure internal alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong background in managing client-facing projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
