  • Strong data-management skills, including proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL.
  • Working knowledge of programming or software-development concepts is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, coordinate teams, communicate expectations, and drive follow-through.
  • Prior people-management or team-leadership experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, identify problems proactively, and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
4. Preferred Experience
  • Previous project or program coordination experience within AI, machine learning, data labeling, model evaluation, or research operations.
  • Experience supporting AI or data programs at large technology organizations.
  • Experience managing expert contributor programs or coordinating large networks of specialized professionals.
  • Prior experience in an EPM, project lead, program coordinator, or operations role within AI or data-focused initiatives.
5. What You'll Bring
