The Project Coordinator, Enterprise Projects Office (EPO), is responsible for executing the communications, change management content, and operational infrastructure that keep Voyager’s highest-priority enterprise programs moving. This is a hands-on execution role that turns strategy into action — publishing program updates, building training materials, supporting enterprise planning cycles, coordinating project intake logistics, and maintaining the EPO’s project portfolio infrastructure so senior program leaders can stay focused on strategy and stakeholder management.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Projects Office. This role is remote and may require periodic travel to Voyager sites for key program events and milestones.

Essential Functions:

  • Own execution of the EPO communications calendar across active programs — drafting and publishing Slack channel updates, company-wide announcements, intranet posts, and program website content (including the Project WAVe site) in alignment with EPO communication strategy and Voyager brand standards.
  • Build and maintain change management content for enterprise program rollouts — including employee-facing training materials, self-service guides, process documentation, manager toolkits, and policy explainers — ensuring content is clear, accurate, and ready when programs go live.
  • Support the annual Enterprise Planning cycle by coordinating division goal submissions, maintaining the planning calendar, building employee-facing communications that connect company Vision, Mission, and Goals to team-level work, and documenting the planning process for continuous improvement year over year.
  • Own the EPO’s project intake infrastructure — maintaining the intake form and SharePoint repository, coordinating scoping call logistics for new project requests, and ensuring the EPO project registry and capacity tracker are current so the Senior Director can make informed portfolio and assignment decisions.
  • Own and manage minor project workstreams end-to-end, including low-complexity but required process rollouts (e.g., HR policy updates, IT self-service training, name change procedures), with accountability for timeline, content, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with Sr. Program Managers to coordinate meeting logistics, track action items, maintain program documentation repositories, and ensure dashboards and milestone trackers reflect current status.
  • Coordinate with Internal Communications, IT, HR, and Marketing/Communications (MarCom) to ensure enterprise program messaging is consistent, on-brand, and delivered on time through the right channels.
  • Support integration activities for new acquisitions and entity onboarding where EPO is engaged, including coordination of communications, training materials, and logistics in partnership with HR, IT, and the M&A team.
  • Provide surge capacity across EPO programs during periods of peak demand, leave coverage, or team transitions — maintaining program continuity without loss of momentum.

  • Experience supporting project or program management activities, including tracking action items, maintaining documentation, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, SharePoint and/or equivalent intranet and document management platforms, i.e., Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite.
