Iron Mountain is seeking an organized Project Coordinator - Nuclear Records Management to join our Project Management Office team.


In this role, you will play a key part in supporting critical projects across a dedicated end-user program within our partnership with the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority Archives Limited (NDAAL). Working alongside our Project Managers and operational teams, your work will help safeguard vital records while upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Here, your attention to detail will ensure complex projects are delivered transparently, smoothly, and in alignment with key stakeholder expectations.


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Project Governance: Support portfolio delivery
  • Maintain Seamless Communication: Schedule project meetings, coordinate team calendars, and serve as a reliable point of contact for project queries and escalations.
  • Manage Documentation & Tracking: Create and maintain project artefact's, track action items, and record detailed meeting minutes.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Analyse real-time project data to provide strategic reporting updates for the Project Manager.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of experience in project coordination or project administration, although recent graduates with relevant project coordination experience will also be considered.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Solid baseline of English and Maths proficiency with strong organisational skills.
