Project Coordination working with a Project Manager on private and public sector technology projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist project manager on large projects
- Attend meetings, take meeting minutes
- Upload meeting notes to Savant
- Follow-up on internal and external project tasks
- Track Equipment ETAs
- Complete NetStage requests
- Complete Tech requests/scheduling
- Trigger invoicing for services
- Upload project documentation to Savant
- Coordinate unmanaged or small T&E projects
- Submit resource requests
- Conduct internal and external kick-off meetings as necessary to initiate T&E engagements
- Approve time and expenses monthly
- Trigger invoicing for time and expenses monthly
- Close T&E project when complete
- Create RFP timelines using MS Project templates
- Willing to engage in project management training/certification and mentorship within 18 months of being hired
- MS Suite experience (MS Project, Excel, Word, One Note, Power Point, etc…)
- Strong communication, analytical, technical, problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Applicable business experience
