Job requirements

Aptia's Project Coordinator takes pride in being a strategic thought leader who manages client relationships with exceptional professionalism. As the Project Coordinator you will be a pivotal member of the team, directly influencing future developments and revenue streams while contributing to the success and growth of Aptia.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for and maintains all client specific documentation; including updating requirements, obtaining client sign off to launch a project
  • Ownership of client calls/ logs or agendas associated with them 
  • Maintain familiarity with all issues being tracked for assigned clients and be prepared to address them effectively during calls.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients to report, escalate issues, and communicate on all open items
  • Effectively partners with client to prioritize open issues, oversees fix and enhancement work, and maintains all those items on an open items log
  • Responsible for communicating all changes to business partners and client
  • Collaborating effectively with extended team to meet client needs and expectations
  • Analyzing and proposing updates, enhancements, and/or possible solutions for open issues with business partners and leadership
  • Manages open project work to track stage of project, identify/work outstanding items and ensure roadblocks or open questions are addressed to keep project moving forward
  • Complete user acceptance testing on each client website internally and with client
  • Responsible for communicating all changes to business partners and client
  • Strong self-starter, fast learner, quality conscious, and committed to deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, proactively manage a project to meet critical deadline, identify risks, and put in place mitigation plans

  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Aptia technology, services, and solutions offered. A strong understanding of benefit administration and industry best practices is crucial to propose effective solutions to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation abilities to effectively convey the value of Aptia to customers. The Senior Project Coordinator must be able to articulate clearly in a compelling manner, tailored to the audience's level of understanding. with an analytical, team oriented, and client-centered focus with a drive to solve business challenges.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: The ability to empathize with clients and internal partners, actively listen to their needs, and align Aptia's solution to meet their specific requirements. Understanding customer pain points and business objectives is essential for tailoring solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • Analytical Skills: The capability to analyze customer requirements, technical specifications, and business processes to design appropriate solutions. The Project Coordinator should be able to identify potential issues and propose viable alternatives.
  • Team Collaboration: The ability to collaborate effectively with the DEV team and internal stakeholders, such as Product Management, Client Delivery Teams, IT. Building strong internal relationships ensures seamless communication and successful solution delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving is necessary when customizing solutions to address unique customer requirements or technical constraints.
  • Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Demonstrations: Proficiency in conducting DEV Project product demonstrations.  
  • Support DEV leadership and contracting teams.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years track record in benefit administration, client delivery and or implementation.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders at v
