As a Project Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective project coordination. Your role will involve monitoring project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards to maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results. You will report directly to the Director of ES&I.

You will  work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a Hybrid work schedule. The first 90 days will be in office for training purposes


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support ES&I in managing projects in support of Aerospace Engineering growth strategies. Support ES&I leadership team in evaluating feasibility, estimation, and execution of Aerospace Engineering footprint strategies. 
  • Support data gathering and analysis to ensure a discipline and data driven approach is utilized for assumptions and basis of estimates.   
  • Support Licensing Projects working across engineering to deliver results. 
  • Support ES&I in executing M&A integration projects in region, managing day to day activities, budgets, and reporting. 
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and ROI
  • Support ES&I in regional ISC transitions projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Support growth strategies in Puerto Rico for AT Engineering
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 1-2 years project managment experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics 
  • presentation skills utilizing MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
