Job Description

Overseeing day-to-day mechanical work on project sites, ensuring designs are translated into reality.

· Managing the proper setup, testing, and start-up of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment (HVAC, piping, chiller, cooling tower, Pumps, Firefighting system, etc.).

· Monitoring progress, managing timelines, ensuring budgets are met, and reporting on project status.

· Ensuring all mechanical installations meet specified standards, technical drawings, and safety regulations.

· Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.

· Preparing and maintaining quality documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.

· Design standards code NBC 2016, ASHARE, Fire- NFPA norms for smooth execution at site.

· Proficiency in using electrical design software (AutoCAD).

· Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety standards at site

· Implementing strict HSE protocols, conducting risk assessments

· Performing site audits and ensuring proper use of PPE.

Qualifications

Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.

 6 to 8 years of experience in MEP Mechanical Construction Industry.
