This role is accountable for organizing work, managing timelines and dependencies, and producing reliable weekly and monthly execution reporting across defined workstreams in established Azure DevOps (ADO).
This role does not own strategy, prioritization, or solution design. Success is defined by strong delivery discipline, operational rigor, and accurate, leadership-ready visibility into execution status. .

The Role and Responsibilities
1. Planning, Timeline & Dependency Management
- Establish and maintain clear scope, milestones, and delivery timelines per assigned workstream
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives
- Ensure commitments reflected in monthly and quarterly communications are traceable to delivery plans
- Produce weekly execution status updates covering progress vs. plan, key risks and mitigations, upcoming milestones, decisions or support required
- Own monthly rollup reporting aligned to established comms strategy
- Ensure reporting reflects current execution reality and delivery confidence
- Prepare execution inputs for updates, Leadership readouts, communications materials
- Maintain a forward-looking, ready to always communicate execution view
- Establish and maintain repeatable PM rhythms, including (using ADO as baseline) weekly workstream check-ins, risk and issue tracking, action and decision follow-ups
- Where possible, surface execution gaps and delivery risks before they impact commitments
- Create and maintain lightweight PM artifacts within established tooling
- Ensure ADO hygiene, including ownership, accurate due dates, current status, reliable rollup reporting
- Leadership has clear, consistent visibility into execution status always
- Delivery timelines are realistic, tracked proactively, and defended with data
- Risks are surfaced early with clear mitigation paths
- Monthly communications accurately reflect actual delivery progress, not aspirational plans
- Program owners are able to focus on strategy and stakeholder alignment, not execution tracking
- Five or more years of project management experience
- Demonstrated success managing multiple parallel execution workstreams
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Epics, Features, Stories, queries, dashboards)
- Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies in ambiguous environments
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft productivity tools
- Experience with Dynamics CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- The offered pay range for this position is $85,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
