We are seeking an energetic, strategic Project Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery, with a heavy emphasis on creative production. You will act as the connective tissue between creative, digital, events, and marketing teams to produce cohesive campaigns and high-impact brand experiences, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project LeadershipStrategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead projects for diverse teams (Creative, Events, Content, Digital Marketing, and external agencies) to ensure milestone alignment and seamless execution.
Budget & Profitability: Monitor project budgets and resource allocations to ensure profitability and financial health.
Performance Tracking: Use data-driven methods and tools, like Asana, to monitor project progress, optimize workflows, and provide insights into everything from dept-wide plans to team resourcing to individual workloads.
Creative Workflow: Oversee creative production timelines (video, graphics, assets), managing the process from brief and concept through to final approval.
Integrated Campaigns: Establish cohesive digital workflows to ensure the successful integration of all program channels and touchpoints, maximizing the impact of multichannel campaigns and ongoing audience engagement.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and document project risks; proactively develop mitigation plans and escalate blockers to PMO leadership.
Process Optimization: Actively contribute to the development of PMO workflows, templates, and agency best practices.
Quality & Brand Standards: Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
Continuous Improvement: Lead "post-mortem" retrospectives to capture lessons learned and apply insights to future project cycles.
Asana Platform Governance: Serve as the divisional administrator for Asana; manage workspace architecture, user permissions/onboarding, and build standardized project templates for recurring marketing workflows.
Workflow Automation: Design and maintain Asana rules, forms, and tech stack integrations (e.g., Slack, Google Drive) to reduce manual work and streamline cross-functional handoffs.
Team Enablement: Establish Asana best-practice documentation ("Team Playbook") and act as the internal subject matter expert to onboard and train the team on new features.
Asana Documentation Management: Author and maintain critical process documentation within Asana, including the "Marketer's Guide," "PMO's Guide," and "Agency Team's Guide," to ensure cross-functional alignment and standardized digital workflows.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, specifically focusing on marketing campaigns, events, and creative production. Agency experience is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience. PMP or equivalent certification is a significant plus.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced/Expert-level knowledge of Asana, including experience acting as a platform or team administrator (building templates, rules, reporting, and portfolios); familiarity with CMS platforms, digital asset management and creative production workflows.
Global Coordination: Experience managing international or remote teams across various time zones.
Preferred Skills:
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills when managing stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies applied to marketing contexts.
