We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services, including customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, in-house capability development, and training.

What you'll do:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project & Program Management

    • Coordinate all phases of BI reporting and analytics delivery, including timelines, requirements, and dependencies.

    • Manage recurring reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc), ensuring deliverables are accurate and on schedule.

    • Lead internal and external status meetings to communicate updates, align priorities, and surface risks.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Serve as the primary liaison between BI, Client Services, and Data Engineering teams.

    • Communicate campaign updates, reporting needs, and data impacts to relevant partners.

    • Collaborate with teams to resolve data issues, restatements, or tracking changes that affect reporting.

  • Data & Reporting Coordination

    • Track incoming data deliveries and identify missing, late, or inconsistent inputs.

    • Maintain organized records of documentation, timelines, KPI definitions, reporting specs, and communication histories.

    • Ensure clarity and continuity across reporting workflows by maintaining up-to-date process documentation.

  • Vendor & Partner Management

    • Manage communication with external data partners involved in measurement, media delivery, or data transfer.

    • Track schedules, format changes, and potential disruptions to reporting or analytics.

  • Proactive Issue Resolution

    • Anticipate workflow bottlenecks, data issues, or scheduling conflicts and drive proactive solutions.

    • Identify opportunities for process optimization across BI reporting and analytics operations.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, reporting operations, or data coordination-ideally in pharma or healthcare media.

  • Strong understanding of media data workflows, reporting processes, and cross-functional analytics delivery.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable summaries.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).

  • Comfortable navigating discussions involving data, BI requirements, and analytics workflows.

  • Demonstrated success in managing workflows across both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with HCP or DTC pharmaceutical data.

  • Familiarity with data structures, reporting schemas, and typical analytics delivery formats.

  • Understanding of data governance concepts including FIAs and DUAs.

  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.

Benefits:

  • Remote-first team environment

  • Coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents

  • Disability insurance plan

  • Matching 401K

  • Parental leave

  • Other fun health & wellness perks
