This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of consulting and system implementation projects for founder-led companies. This role is key to ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. You’ll be the bridge between consultants, developers, and clients, making sure every stage of delivery is aligned, controlled, and successful.
This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with senior stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure that each engagement meets client expectations and business objectives.
Manage multiple consulting and implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Coordinate teams across consulting, technical, and client functions to drive project execution.
Run backlog management, sprints, demos, and project reporting.
Monitor risks, control scope, and protect project margins.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for leadership visibility.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery progress and expectations.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience managing consulting, IT, or systems implementation projects.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills in English; confidence in client-facing interactions.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized mindset.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with accountability for results.
BenefitsCompensation & Location
Compensation: $2,500–$4,000 USD/month (based on experience)
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred, especially Mexico/Colombia, with overlap in US time zones)
