In This Role
In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to drive strategic programs from initiation through delivery. You will support the design and execution of customer success programs focused on cloud and AI initiatives, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans, program materials, and field-ready enablement content.
You will operate in a highly cross-functional, matrixed environment, collaborating with teams across product, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and successful program execution. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects by developing detailed work plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives
- Partner with leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., management, production, marketing, and operations) to define project requirements, specifications, and execution approach
- Facilitate alignment across teams in a matrixed environment, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and potential roadblocks
- Prepare clear, concise, and executive‑ready communications, including status updates, presentations, and written deliverables
- Track project progress and performance, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and objectives are consistently met
- Apply structured problem‑solving to resolve issues, make recommendations, and drive decisions forward
- Operate independently with strong time‑management and prioritization skills in a remote work environment
- Support continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and governance practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy, or a related discipline
- Proven experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proactive problem‑solving ability
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
- Proficiency with common business and project tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, or equivalent platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI or PMP certification
- Experience supporting enterprise‑level or large‑scale strategic initiative
- Background working in fast‑paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Experience presenting recommendations and insights to executive or senior leadership audiences
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $110000– $120000 USD Per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
