About the Role

As a Program Manager for Deployments, you will own the end-to-end delivery of large scale AI infrastructure projects from A to Z. You will work closely with the infrastructure and network teams at the design stage and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of hardware. You will oversee the physical deployment of compute hardware and network devices. You will coordinate proper provisioning, configuring and rigorous testing of the cluster with the SRE and Infrastructure teams.

You will ensure proper handoffs between teams, from Network Design to Procurement, or from DC Operations to SRE. You must be comfortable with travelling to our DC locations in the continental United States.

Focus
  • Create and execute large scale AI Infrastructure deployments: You will lead the entire lifecycle of Data Center Deployment projects, from A to Z.

  • Lead Project Delivery by coordinating efforts across the infrastructure and DC operations teams.

  • Proactively identify risks and issues, design and implement solutions to minimize late deliveries.

  • Maintain project documentation, project planning and give regular project status updates to the rest of the company.

  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility of program status, progress, and challenges to senior management.

  • Drive collaboration and communication across engineering, product management, operations, and business development teams to ensure project alignment and execution.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure project success and drive continuous improvement in deployment effectiveness.

About You
  • 5+ years background as a Project or Program Manager in Data Center infrastructure deployment, or TPM in Data centers.

  • Experience in Data Center operations, Compute hardware and networking equipment

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong ability to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding of priorities objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Automation-first mindset with commitment to identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • You are able and willing to travel to Data Center locations, sometimes on short notice. Expect to spend up to 30% of your time traveling.

Nice to haves
  • JIRA experience for project tracking and workflow management.

  • Background in GPU infrastructure or AI/ML platform deployments.

  • Knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment tools.
