Contract
The client requires
a Project Manager III under the FAST contract to provide senior-level
project management support for complex, enterprise-level initiatives. The resource
will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating project
activities, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management
across cross-functional teams. This role ensures successful delivery of
projects by maintaining alignment with DPS objectives, governance standards,
and established project management methodologies.
· Develop and
maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget,
resources, risk, and communication components.
· Define
project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in
collaboration with stakeholders.
· Coordinate
cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment and
execution of project activities.
· Monitor
project performance, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely
escalation and resolution of issues and risks.
· Facilitate
stakeholder engagement, meetings, and status reporting to ensure clear
communication and transparency.
· Manage
project scope changes through formal change control processes and ensure
governance compliance.
· Oversee
vendor performance and deliverables when external contractors are involved.
· Ensure
adherence to DPS policies, state procurement requirements, and FAST contract
guidelines.
· Support
project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements throughout
the project lifecycle.
· Drive
project closure activities, including final reporting, deliverable acceptance,
and lessons learned documentation.

TERMS OF
SERVICE
Services are
expected to start 09/01/2026 and are expected to complete by 09/01/2027.
Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 2000 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both
parties agree to do so in writing.
