We're delivering a complete Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform built for agility, performance, and scalable innovation. As we continue to scale, we're seeking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large scale telecom migration efforts.


As Network Migration Project Manager you will focus on execution, coordination, and outcomes ensuring that complex migration activities are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal customer impact. You will work closely with engineering, operations, customers, and external partners to keep the program moving and risks tightly managed.

Chief Executive Officer 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale telecom network migration program
  • Build, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and customers
  • Drive accountability and execution across multiple parallel workstreams
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and change requests
  • Ensure readiness for migration milestones, cutovers, and go-live events
  • Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear stakeholder communications
  • Support Agile and SCRUM delivery practices while maintaining overall project governance
  • Ensure consistent documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Core Competencies:

  • Strong project delivery and execution capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and interdependencies
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
  • Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during high-impact migration events

Experience:

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience managing a network or telecom migration project (required)
  • Telecom industry experience is desirable but not required
  • Networking knowledge or certifications are a plus but not necessary
  • API/Agile/SCRUM experience preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
