- Collaborate with key stakeholders in order to define detailed requirements that align with the overall intent
- Lead assigned Agile team to ensure delivery and acceptance requirements.
- Report out metrics / KPIs on results of sprints to key stakeholders; build and share roadmaps to provide awareness on upcoming feature delivery
- Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
- Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience using Jira to manage requirements, lead planning and develop/utilize reporting to track metrics
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office and Google Productivity suites
- At least 2 years Agile, Scrum or Kanban project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, or a Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
