  • Track overall delivery performance across the partner portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and systemic challenges.
  • Act as the escalation and coordination point for delivery challenges raised by partners or internal teams, facilitating swift and effective resolution.
  • Participate in regular partner performance reviews, contributing insights and recommending improvements to governance and delivery quality.
  • Collaborate with the Lead PMO and Services leadership to refine partner governance models and ensure consistent application across regions.

  • Contribute to the definition and refinement of delivery metrics, project standards, and governance processes.
  • Participate in post-project reviews, capturing and sharing lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all project phases.
  • Deliver consistent, transparent communication on project status, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure escalations are resolved effectively, and that insights are captured to prevent recurrence and strengthen delivery maturity.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
