We are partnered with a protocol looking to relaunch, V2 - You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the launch and the token migration. This position requires a deep understanding of DeFi mechanics and token models to ensure a seamless transition and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the V2 protocol launch and token migration process.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Report project status, progress, and outcomes to management and key stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in the DeFi or blockchain space.
  • Strong understanding of tokenomics and decentralized finance mechanisms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
