About OHO

OHO is a digital agency full of smart, curious learners who love solving complex problems for higher ed organizations. We bring deep expertise and a consultative mindset to everything we do—asking the right questions, challenging assumptions when needed, and always keeping our clients’ goals at the center.

About the Contract Role

OHO is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to play a critical, hands-on role on large, complex website projects from discovery through launch. As a temporary but integrated member of our cross-functional project team, this contractor will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating closely with strategists, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role requires someone who can quickly get up to speed, structure and manage work effectively, and operate with a strong consulting mindset. You’ll develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines; facilitate clear decision-making; proactively manage risks and scope; and adapt plans as new information emerges. Success in this role depends on strong communication, sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to balance delivery rigor with flexibility.

The ideal contractor is both autonomous and collaborative—able to lead confidently, think strategically, communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, challenge assumptions productively, and keep outcomes front and center throughout the project lifecycle.

Please Note:

OHO is building a network of experienced project management contractors for upcoming web projects. While specific start dates are to be determined, we are actively seeking to identify and engage strong candidates now. Contractors will be contacted as projects are scheduled and needs arise.
