What you'll be doing

  • Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact
  • Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive plan
  • Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination
  • Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary
  • Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap
  • Project-level resource assignment and scheduling
  • Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements
  • Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders
  • Run all team ceremonies and meetings
  • Drive resolution of production issues
  • Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product

What you'll bring

  • Must be based in EU timezone
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum framework
  • Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in working with UI/UX teams
