Project Manager

The Role
As a Project Manager at Capco, you will lead the delivery of client-focused projects and change initiatives across the financial services and energy sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. You will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing risks, and supporting high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integration, data, and technology solutions
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide clear updates to support decision-making
  • Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle
  • Support Agile delivery practices including backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects in Agile and/or waterfall delivery environments
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables across complex programs
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Visio
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive stakeholders

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in financial services and/or energy sectors
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and private PaaS solutions
  • Experience working with ETL, data integration, or basic SQL querying
  • Experience delivering data or integration-focused projects
  • Ability to define KPIs and measure project or product outcomes
