About You: 

As a Senior Project Manager, you bring proven experience leading large, complex software projects, ideally within ERP or enterprise solutions. You thrive on balancing multiple priorities, engaging directly with customers, and driving successful outcomes. You’re comfortable working at both the strategic and tactical levels — setting direction, managing stakeholders, and also ensuring the details are executed to the highest standard. With strong leadership and communication skills, you build trust with clients and internal teams alike, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business value.

Day to day, you will:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects, including ERP implementations, software development initiatives, and bespoke integrations.

  • Drive planning, resource management, financial tracking, and overall project governance to achieve delivery targets and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Lead weekly project and customer meetings, ensuring clear communication on progress, risks, and financials.

  • Chair steering committee meetings and provide regular executive-level reporting.

  • Partner closely with technical, development, and Professional Services teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Collaborate with the PMO/Program Management on timelines, resourcing, and issue resolution.

  • Ensure project documentation, milestones, and sign-offs are completed in line with established methodology.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements, upsell, or cross-sell during project delivery.

  • Act as a mentor and role model to junior Project Managers, supporting team development and best practice sharing.

Your skills and experience will include:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6+ years of project management experience in software delivery, ERP implementations, or related Professional Services environments.

  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects through full lifecycle delivery.

  • Strong financial management skills, including project budgets, burn rates, and resource allocations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Preferred

  • Experience implementing COINS, or other construction ERP software or comparable enterprise applications.

  • Familiarity with software consulting or professional services organizations.

  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

Residence Requirement: Applicants must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.

Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is required for this opportunity.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus additional variable compensation. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
