We are looking for a Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player to join our HR team. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute internal operations and non-technical projects from initiation through delivery, managing assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision.
  • Gather required data from end users to evaluate project objectives, goals, and scope to define deliverables and success criteria.
  • Focus on execution and managing the functional elements of each project, ensuring all targets and requirements are clearly understood and tracked.
  • Ensure that all project targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Work closely with various internal departments to coordinate efforts and ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Keep leadership informed of key issues, risks, and decisions that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.
  • Apply independent judgment in addressing routine project challenges, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Continuously refine project management processes and contribute to operational improvements across the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations coordination, or a related function.
  • Moderate proficiency in project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects of increasing complexity with some latitude for independent judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present updates to leadership.
  • Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Basecamp, G Suite).
  • Proven ability to monitor project timelines and budgets, identify risks, and proactively communicate issues to stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • PMP certification or similar (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the gaming or fintech industry is a plus.
