Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure, migration, and integration initiatives. This role requires strong technical acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, reliable solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure successful outcomes from initiation through delivery and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and aligning delivery with business objectives.
  • Lead multiple infrastructure, migration, and integration initiatives across cloud, network, and enterprise environments.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution through implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Direct cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and offshore resources.
  • Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and scope to ensure consistent and successful outcomes.
  • Oversee change management and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through structured updates, planning sessions, and reporting.
  • Optimize resource utilization across concurrent initiatives.
  • Establish and enhance processes to improve delivery quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and smooth knowledge transfer to support ongoing operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects in client-facing environments, with a strong track record in infrastructure, migration, and integration initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams, including remote and offshore resources.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, network infrastructure, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP certification and understanding of Agile methodologies and concepts preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
  • Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery.
