The Project Manager leads operational projects, ensures adherence to schedules, collaborates on requirements, and supports product roadmap planning with cross-functional teams.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
As the Project Manager you are part of the Program Management Office that plans, manages, and delivers technology and process solutions to meet internal and client needs. This role will provide oversight to operational projects including planning, project control, implementation, and organizing staff and stakeholders. This role will also support projects taking place with the development teams.
- Define and gain approval for business requirements and project plans to support operational programs across teams.
- Manage projects, from beginning to end, with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to project schedule and providing regular updates on project status to business stakeholders & executives.
- Lead weekly status meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are complete and the product launches by the deadline.
- Collaborate with product owners to capture and document functional requirements.
- Create and maintain an operational project release roadmap that is in support of the overall product roadmap.
- Work with Sr. Director, Product PMO & GTM on how operational projects overlap or support the overall product roadmap items to ensure the operational projects are in alignment with the long-term strategic product roadmap.
- Facilitate stakeholder staff meetings, take minutes, and summarize deliverables to ensure stakeholders are organized and remain on task for the duration of the project.
- Manage projects through to completion through cross-functional teams, managing project schedules and updating project status to business stakeholders & executives.
- Work with business owners to capture and document functional requirements.
- Capture and document workflows for existing processes and required processes to support new functionality.
- Assist in quarterly product roadmap planning.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Bachelor’s Degree; and
- Three (3) years of experience leading multiple technical projects of varying scale and complexity, in an agile development framework; working collaboratively with cross-functional project teams; or
- A combination of education and work experience is necessary to perform key responsibilities.
- Preferred: PMP certification and experience in Marketing, Database or Web Development, and Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
- Advanced proficiency in oral and written communication with extensive experience leading cross-functional project teams and working collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to work effectively within and across all levels of an organization, internally and externally.
- Ability to work with limited supervision with the ability to operate, drive results, and set priorities independently to achieve high-level goals.

- Continued skill development within the project management.
