Gritter Francona is looking for a Project Manager to provide project management, scheduling, analysis, testing, and implementation support for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) initiatives supporting Community Care Network Next Generation (CCN NG) readiness, Veterans Financial Management Platform (VFMP) modernization, and related Payer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) modernization efforts. The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex healthcare modernization projects while ensuring alignment across multiple business and information technology organizations.

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules that track systems development, modernization activities, implementation readiness, and testing milestones. These schedules will integrate with enterprise Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting CCN NG readiness, VFMP modernization, and related Payer EDI initiatives. The Project Manager will also oversee testing strategy development, integration testing, end-to-end testing, readiness assessments, and weekly executive reporting on project progress, systems readiness, and testing status. Additionally, the Project Manager will support VA project management leadership by coordinating multiple concurrent Payer EDI modernization initiatives through schedule management, task prioritization, dependency tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.


Requirements
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is acceptable.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible project management experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years supporting federal healthcare programs, preferably within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal healthcare agencies.

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
