The Project Support Coordinator II provides administrative and project management support to the Primoris Energy Services team in Sherman, Texas, ensuring the efficient operation of projects.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.
* Maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Process and track project-related invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate project progress.
* Prepare and distribute project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
* Manage and organize project files, both physical and digital, in accordance with company standards.
* Support the onboarding and offboarding of project personnel, including coordinating equipment and access.
* Assist with data entry and analysis related to project performance and metrics.
* Perform general administrative duties as required to support the project team.
Job Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably within the energy or construction industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
* Experience with project management software (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet) is a plus.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
