Job Summary**
The Project Support Coordinator II provides administrative and organizational support to project managers and teams, ensuring the efficient execution of projects within Primoris Services Corporation. This role involves assisting with various project phases, from initiation to closure, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities.
* Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Maintain and update project schedules, databases, and other relevant systems.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Facilitate communication and information flow between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
* Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation related to projects.
* Assist with procurement processes, including creating purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to Project Managers as needed.
* Organize and maintain project files, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper documentation control.
* Perform general administrative duties as required to support project operations.
Job Qualifications**
* Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2-4 years of experience in a project support or administrative role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or utility services industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
* Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
