Detailed Description:
Manage and maintain the internal company store for promotional items
Create artwork and design materials for promotional products
Oversee ordering and replenishment of promotional inventory
Maintain relationships with promotional vendors and suppliers
Track and manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics across all company locations
Support and promote promotional items across internal departments and stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute new promotional initiatives
Research and stay informed on upstream oil & gas industry trends
Ensure timely delivery and distribution of promotional materials
Maintain organized records of inventory, orders, and vendor communications
Participate in all required meetings, training, and development activities
Ability to communicate, including the ability to read, write, and speak English and promptly follow verbal and written directions in English
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Strong creative skills with the ability to develop promotional artwork
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Service-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
Experience with promotional products, marketing coordination, or inventory management preferred
Basic understanding of upstream oil & gas industry preferred or willingness to learn
Additional Details:
This position operates in an office environment and may require occasional travel. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. The Promotional Coordinator must maintain a strong focus on organization, creativity, and customer service while supporting company branding and operational needs.
