The Role
Assured Health is seeking an experienced Payer Enrollment Specialist to join our Provider Services team, focusing on assisting healthcare providers and provider groups in enrolling and contracting with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers. This role is a great fit for professionals who are experienced in handling payer applications across multiple lines of business and have a deep understanding of healthcare provider needs.
What You'll Do

  • Facilitate the payer enrollment and contracting process for healthcare providers across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid, with a particular focus on behavioral health providers.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for providers navigating payer policies and requirements, ensuring compliance and understanding across all applicable lines of business.

  • Assist providers in completing and submitting Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid applications accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage detailed records of provider contracts, enrollment details, and correspondence with payers.

  • Address and resolve specific challenges that providers may encounter during the enrollment and contracting process, regardless of payer type.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in payer enrollment and provider contracting across Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid.

  • Demonstrated expertise in filling out payer applications with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing sensitive provider relationships and complex contract negotiations.
