We are seeking a Provider Growth Partner to accelerate provider network expansion and launch new markets across the United States. This field-based healthcare sales role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling primary care providers into the Counterpart Health provider network.

As the face of Counterpart Health in your territory, you will meet directly with physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant, communicate its clinical and financial value, and enroll providers into the Counterpart Health provider network. Your success will be measured by your ability to engage targeted provider practices, convert opportunities into signed partnerships, and ensure a seamless transition into onboarding. 

Location: The ideal candidate will live in Houston or Dallas, Texas. This is a remote position that will require 60–70% travel (3–4 days per week) and may support provider recruitment and market expansion initiatives across multiple regions of the United States.

As a Provider Growth Partner, you will:
  • Prospect and Recruit Providers: Execute a market growth strategy to identify, engage, and recruit independent primary care practices and provider organizations. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintain CRM activity, and consistently achieve quarterly and annual provider recruitment goals.
  • Conduct Provider Outreach and Product Demonstrations: Meet with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant and communicate its clinical and financial value. Lead providers through the sales process by addressing objections, negotiating participation, and closing new provider partnerships.
  • Represent Counterpart Health in the Market: Serve as a brand ambassador at provider meetings, conferences, healthcare events, and community organizations to increase awareness, generate new opportunities, and strengthen Counterpart Health's presence in key growth markets.
  • Ensure a Seamless Transition to Onboarding: Partner closely with Provider Success teams to ensure providers are well prepared for onboarding and positioned for a successful launch.

Success in this Role Looks Like:

  • You master the fundamentals of Counterpart Assistant, the provider value proposition, and the CA demonstration process.
  • You effectively obtain and conduct provider meetings, fluently articulate the clinical and financial value of Counterpart Assistant, and consistently convert targeted provider practices into signed partnerships.
  • You meet or exceed provider enrollment and market growth goals through excellent performance in signing partners and disciplined management of target pipelines.
You should get in touch if:
  • You have 7+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare technology, clinical software,value-based care solutions, provider network contracting or servicing.  
  • You have experience prospecting, delivering executive-level presentations and product demonstrations, overcoming objections, negotiating agreements, and developing partnerships with physician practices, hospitals, health systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
  • You have a strong understanding of primary care, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, provider economics, quality incentive programs, and reimbursement models.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, provider contracting or recruitment goals, and territory growth objectives.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and is motivated by building new relationships, opening markets, and delivering measurable growth.
  • You are willing and able to travel 60–70% (3–4 days per week) and support provider recruitment and market expansion efforts across multiple regions of the United States.

Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$130,000$140,000 USD
