The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $170,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and on market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. As a Clinician, you will literally transform people's lives through the care you deliver.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video to assess client eligibility for ketamine therapy
• Educate clients on the science, benefits, different ROAs, and process - turning anxiety into informed confidence
• Prescribe ketamine therapy to those approved for treatment, based on our clinical protocols, while leveraging clinical judgment to personalize treatment for each client
• Work collaboratively with Mindbloom guides for holistic care coordination
• Assess client response to medication and provide ongoing treatment planning to optimize client results
• Achieve exceptional patient satisfaction scores
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve our clinical protocols and care model
• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA
• DEA Licensure: Prescriptive authority for Controlled Substances
• Experience: Ability to confidently conduct complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnose depression, anxiety, and ptsd
