Location: Hybrid – Remote and On-Site at Havasupai Elementary School, 40 Main Street, Supai
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psycho-educational assessments for initial and triennial evaluations in accordance with IDEA timelines and standards.
Prepare individualized written evaluation reports including NASIS Summary Reports within required timeframes.
Collaborate with school staff to develop evaluation schedules, assessment tools, and documentation workflows.
Provide monthly activity and case load reports and maintain timely invoicing and documentation submissions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
Active School Psychologist license from a state licensing board or National Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) certification. (State licensure for Arizona must be acquired within 1 year if not already held.)
Minimum of five years of school-based psychology experience.
