 Your Mission

As a Public Sector Sales Executive at UiPath, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation in government agencies. Your mission is to partner with customers and prospects, evangelizing the UiPath vision and crafting tailored account strategies. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding the unique challenges and goals of each organization. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll contribute significantly to our business growth while being a valued member of the UiPath sales team.

 

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Responsible for a discrete quota covering State and Local client accounts.

  • Assess the market potential within an assigned segment/territory and develop sales strategy to maximize UiPath’s revenue potential

  • Evangelize UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions with a value selling approach

  • Build relationships within your current customer base and develop strategies for upsell/cross sell opportunities

  • Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally

  • Partner with the Business Development Team to penetrate new accounts and convert leads to new opportunities

  • Develop trusted relationships with partners to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations

  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs

What you'll bring to the team

  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying software sales experience, including 1 year experience selling to the Public Sector (state and local preferred)

  • Strong consultative selling and account management skills with the ability to overcome objections

  • Successful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing a portfolio of accounts (new and existing business)

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational structures
