Responsibilities

    - Collaborate with developers, product managers, customer support, and partners to ensure high-quality product delivery.
    - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
    - Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
    - Perform manual and automated testing for backend systems, APIs, databases, and distributed services.
    - Identify, analyze, track, and report defects, including root cause analysis of failures.
    - Conduct testing for new features and document test scenarios and expected behaviors.
    - Advocate QA best practices and improve overall test coverage and product quality.
    - Perform performance, security, and scalability testing for backend services.
    - Lead big data QA testing, automation framework setup, data comparison scripts, and release process improvements.

Requirements

    - Minimum 7 years of QA engineering experience, with strong expertise in backend testing and automation.
    - Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing across the full testing lifecycle.
    - Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript, with experience in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
    - Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, microservices, CI/CD, and SDLC.
    - Familiarity with QA efficiency tools, AI/LLM, performance testing, and security testing.
    - Experience with StarRocks, Kafka, and big data QA environments is a plus.
    - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
    - Fluent in English with good communication and collaboration skills.
    - Experience with Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr, and familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes preferred
