About the Job
We're seeking a QA Engineer to ensure product quality through comprehensive testing. You'll design test cases, validate functionality, document issues, and collaborate with the development team throughout the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Execute manual functional, regression, and smoke testing for web products
- Design and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, reports)
- Test features throughout development, release, and post-launch phases
- Reproduce and document bugs with clear descriptions
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues
- Provide quality feedback and test reports
Who You Are
- 2+ years QA experience
- Proficiency in testing methodologies (regression, smoke, exploratory)
- Knowledge of test design techniques (black/white box, equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis)
- Understanding of SDLC and QA's role within it
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Meticulous eye for detail — you catch edge cases, inconsistencies, and subtle defects that are easy to overlook
- Passion for learning and professional growth in QA
- Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred skills
- API testing experience (e.g., Postman)
- Basic programming knowledge (Python or similar)
- Experience with AI tools
- Interest in test automation
