This internship is an in office role located at our San Antonio, TX headquarters.

Plus One Robotics is looking for a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to support our mission of delivering high-performing, reliable robotic systems. As part of our QA team, you will play a hands-on role in validating system performance, identifying issues, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across software and hardware integrations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, technically curious individual eager to gain real-world experience in robotic systems testing.

Key Responsibilities


  • Execute assigned tasks from the QA Group Lead and provide timely updates on progress
  • Perform manual, hands-on testing of robotic systems
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using QA reporting tools
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of automated test scripts using Python
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining test benches for: system, performance and regression tests
  • Review and update outdated test steps to ensure they remain current and accurate

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders at all levels
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to advocate for product quality

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program majoring in Computer Science
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication proficiency

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Up to 40 hours per hours/week between M-F, 9:00am-6:00pm during the summer. Other semesters hour are limited to under 30 hours per week.
