The QA Tester will develop and execute test plans for Salesforce applications, perform various types of testing, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with experience in testing Salesforce applications and a strong passion for delivering high-quality software. This role is ideal for entry to mid-level professionals who can contribute to test planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while ensuring a seamless user experience.
The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues early, maintain quality standards, and confidently support client-facing demonstrations.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce and other applications
- Perform manual and/or automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in test planning, test case creation, and execution
- Ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and QA artifacts
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
- Participate in and confidently present during client-facing Salesforce demos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–5 years of experience in software testing or QA
- Intermediate experience with Salesforce; hands-on Salesforce testing experience preferred
- Strong experience in test planning, test case creation, and execution
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with version control tools (Git)
