Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Fueled, you’ll be responsible for carrying out manual, visual, and functional testing throughout the software development life cycle on unique projects across large web builds and ongoing retainers for high-priority clients. This ensures that we meet defined requirements and consistently deliver the highest quality experience for our end users.

Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.

What you will do:
  • Guarantee consistently high-quality digital releases by leading QA strategy that minimizes post-launch defects and protects the user experience across CMS-driven websites.
  • Improve launch confidence across teams and clients by proactively identifying risks, validating functionality across devices and browsers, and ensuring strong test coverage before release.
  • Strengthen cross-discipline delivery by integrating QA throughout the development lifecycle and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and project management.
  • Advance scalable QA practices by applying and refining tools, frameworks, and processes that improve efficiency and testing consistency across projects.
  • Support successful client outcomes by aligning QA strategy with project goals, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high standards for quality.
What you will achieve:
  • Deliver stable product releases with minimal production defects through thorough manual testing and comprehensive QA coverage.
  • Reduce rework and late-stage issues by identifying defects and usability risks early in the development cycle.
  • Improve team efficiency and launch confidence by ensuring test plans, regression coverage, and cross-platform validation are consistently applied.
  • Support predictable project delivery by aligning QA efforts with timelines and making sure quality standards are met without delaying releases.
  • Build long-term client trust through reliable launches, clear bug reporting, and consistent communication across distributed teams.
About you:
  • You bring strong manual QA fundamentals, creating clear test plans and structured test cases that ensure thorough validation of web applications and CMS-driven sites.
  • You test with precision and curiosity, identifying defects, documenting clear reproduction steps, and proactively spotting usability or quality risks.
  • You are comfortable validating complex digital experiences across browsers, devices, and screen sizes, using tools like BrowserStack to ensure responsive and cross-platform consistency.
  • You communicate clearly and asynchronously, writing actionable bug tickets and collaborating effectively with distributed teams across engineering, design, and project management.
  • You thrive in fast-moving agency environments, managing QA across multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and ownership of product quality.
