About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with experience in Construction Quality Management Programs to be responsible to oversee and maintain the overall quality assurance program for our high performance Data Centers. This role requires both Construction Quality Experience as in depth knowledge to implement the Quality Management System (QMS), establishing procedures, standards, and controls aligned with client specifications.You will provide corporate leadership and direction to the QA/QC organization, ensuring consistent quality governance across all projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure QA/QC requirements are fully integrated into project planning, procurement, and construction sequencing processes.

  • Drive consistency between design specifications, installation standards, and inspection deliverable across all projects.

  • Collaborate with Construction, Prefabrication, and Commissioning leadership to ensure alignment between production, safety, and quality objectives.

  • Participate in design and constructability reviews to ensure quality standards are embedded early in the project lifecycle.

  • Develop and maintain a corporate quality dashboard summarizing key metrics and trends for executive

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience, with at least 5 years in a QA/QC leadership or corporate-level quality management capacity

  • Equivalent industry experiences demonstrate advanced knowledge of QA/QC governance, and mission-critical project delivery

  • Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Codes ASME, NEC, NEMA, NFPA, ANSI/NETA ATS, and other construction standards applicable to data centers and large-scale commercial projects.

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and sustain Corporate Quality Management Systems (CQMS) and project-level inspection programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of electrical (UPS, switchgear), mechanical (chillers, CRAH/CRAC), and controls systems.

  • Demonstrated experience working with manufacturers and suppliers.

  • Experience managing EPC Quality Assurance Programs.

The salary range for this position is $150,000-$250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
