Department: Operations
Reports To: Manager of Quality Assurance
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

About the Role

At Caliber Healthcare Solutions, we know that exceptional provider support begins with exceptional people behind the scenes. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll be the trusted connection between our healthcare providers, clients, and internal teams. Your role is to ensure every provider has the credentials, documentation, and clearances they need—so they can focus on what matters most: caring for patients.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on the phone, loves building strong professional relationships, and takes pride in meticulous attention to detail. Every call, every follow-up, and every verification makes a difference in ensuring we deliver outstanding service to both our providers and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a relationship builder and trusted resource for providers, clients, and colleagues nationwide.
  • Manage the credentialing process end-to-end: applications, verifications, privileging, compliance checks, and documentation.
  • Communicate frequently and proactively by phone and email to keep providers and clients updated.
  • Review provider documentation, licenses, certifications, background checks, and testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate screenings such as drug testing and background checks to ensure timely starts.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records while juggling multiple priorities with urgency and precision.
  • Partner closely with sales and leadership to resolve issues quickly and collaboratively.
  • Represent Caliber with professionalism, warmth, and a customer-first mindset at every touchpoint.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, credentialing, or healthcare staffing experience (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills—comfortable talking with physicians, executives, and staff at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines with care.
  • Service-driven mindset: you build trust, provide reassurance, and anticipate needs.
  • Self-motivated and proactive—someone who follows through and finds solutions.
  • Flexible and resourceful, able to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Comfortable working outside of standard hours if urgent needs arise.

Why Caliber

When you join Caliber Healthcare Solutions, you’re joining a team that values relationships, responsiveness, and reliability. We offer:

  • A collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits from day one.
  • Opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
