Position Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control same day edit reviews for system input on loan disbursements, loan payments, miscellaneous system edits provided from the Servicing and Booking teams via ACBS to ensure adherence to both Bank and department booking entry standards

  • Review and interpret complex source documentation provided by the servicing teams which would include transactions on Participations, Syndications, Swap loans, Rate option lines of credit, Managed Assets facilities, and Core Loans.

  • Identify error patterns and training opportunities for Servicing and Booking and provide information to management for resolution

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least two to five (3+) years of banking experience

  • One (1) year of commercial loan servicing and Participation/Syndication loan servicing experience preferred

  • Experience with ACBS preferred

  • General understanding of loan documentation

  • Familiarity with MS Outlook required and MS Word and Excel experience a plus

  • Well organized and detail oriented

  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize daily workload

  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive working relationships with other Credit Services Specialists and management team

  • Ability to perform analysis and resolve research requests with minimum guidance

  • Able to work in both an independent capacity as well as in a team environment

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and execute multiple tasks successfully
