- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards through documentation control, process audits, and CAPA.
- Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Telecom quality metrics.
- Administer the Quality Review Board (QRB) process for design changes, ensuring reliable product evaluation.
- Define and enforce ESD and Cleanroom protocols, overseeing compliance and testing programs.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for supply chain and operational disruptions.
- Deliver training programs for operators and technicians on quality standards and manufacturing protocols.
- Coordinate customer audits, preparing documentation and addressing findings from Telecom and semiconductor clients.
- Respond to quality-related inquiries and maintain traceability and documentation for product changes.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or Telecom hardware production
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards
- Experience with engineering change control processes
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
Nice-To-Have:
- Familiarity with additional standards (e.g., ANSI 20.20)
- Experience in telecom packaging processes
- Knowledge of ESD and Cleanroom protocols
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
